According to a reporter from Taiwan, on May 25 local time, Lyukmanov, Special Representative of the President of Russia for International Cooperation in the Field of Information Security and Director of the International Information Security Department of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, said that NATO is building a network laboratory system in surrounding areas of Russia and has established network laboratories in Estonia, Lithuania, Finland, Romania and other countries, and will also build laboratories in Georgia and Moldova in the future.
