Gelonghui May 19 丨 Go out and ask (02438nodepositspins.HK) announced that the over-allotment option mentioned in the prospectus was partially exercised by the overall coordinator on May 19, 2024, involving a total of 10.43 million shares, equivalent to approximately 12.33% of the total number of offer shares initially available for subscription under the global offering before the exercise of any over-allotment option. The over-allotted shares will be issued and allotted by the company at a price of HK$3.80 per share. The over-allotment of shares will be used to induce China International Capital Hong Kong Securities Limited (price stabilization operator) to return to MobvoiAGI Limited part of the 12.685 million shares borrowed under the share borrowing agreement (used to make up for the over-allocation under the international offering).
