Recently, the Fourth Hydropower Bureau of China Power Construction Corporation stood out in the fierce bidding and successfully signed a contract for Xinhua Wushi's 500,000 kilowatt/2 million kilowatt hours grid-type energy storage project, which is the largest such project in China to date. It is reported that the project is located in Aheya Photovoltaic Industrial Park in Wushi County, Aksu, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, covering an area of approximately 456pubpoker.84 acres.

The project has strong energy storage capacity and can store up to 2 million kilowatt-hours of electricity after a single charge, which is enough for the daily use of 300,000 households.
